Aimdoor| Business and software Solutions has the right to terminate the contract or suspend your account immediately in case of any breach or non-compliance with the policy.

REVISION POLICY

The revision and reviewing turnaround time at Inceptive Design is 48-72 hours where we provide unlimited complementary revisions and reviews on your selected package. Note that these revisions will not be entertained after the above-mentioned deadline. We do not charge any additional fees for the revision, provided that the design concepts remain the same.

REFUND POLICY/ MONEYBACK GUARANTEE:

The return of deposited funds is not applicable if the initial design is approved. We address all refunds as per the following provisions:

You may make a refund request when the initial design is created and offered. However, we do not cater refund requests/funds if the initial designs are approved.

If you make a refund request before the delivery of the initial design concept, you will be entitled to a complete money back guarantee while deducting 10% of the management fee.

If you make a refund request within 48-72 hours after the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible to claim for 66% refund of your amount while deducting 10% of service and processing fee.

If you make a refund request within 72-120 hours after the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible to claim for 33% refund of your amount while deducting 10% of service and processing fee.

We do not cater any refund request after 120 hours of your initial design delivery. However, you may contact our support team for assistance regarding your query.

All refund requests must be made within 60 days after your order placement. However, reactivation of a design order incurs management fee depending upon the type of project.

You can submit your refund requests to our support department where Inceptive Design has the right to approve/disapprove a refund request contingent on the policies and the user agreement.

We do not cater any refund request once the design is selected/initiated.

The refund policy is not applicable on deployed and live websites.

All custom packages at Inceptive Design are entitled to the same refund.

For Example: If your order consists of web design and logo design service and you approve the initial website design and not the logo design, then refunds can be claimed for the logo design. Inceptive Design caters to valid refund requests that qualify against the design brief and revision feedbacks. Refunds without any valid reasoning will not be entertained. It is solely the client’s responsibility to provide their feedback as soon as the designs are submitted. The resemblance to a prevailing design will merely be a coincidence. Hence, Inceptive Design does not accept any claim/ accountability in case of resemblance to an existing design. It is thus the client’s responsibility to get the designs copyrighted.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND:

You may use the following mediums to place a refund request.
To assure your refund request is accepted, please make sure you meet the subsequent requirements:

Our support team will immediately get back to you once they receive your request. Your request will be forwarded to our refund department, and you will be contacted shortly. We will acquire all the designs back once the refund is made. You are not legible to use our designs once acquired by us after the refund. With our collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, we are allowed to share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that restrict the design from being re-used.

The account area allows you to address your concerns and queries to our support team. We are not liable to respond if we find any misuse of the account area. However, our support team is ready to provide assistance at any time.

DOMAIN AND HOSTING:

At Inceptive Design, you may get a complementary domain and hosting services with your website packages if applicable.

We also provide email accounts to clients who host their websites with us. Moreover, we can also configure your email accounts of 10MB of space on third party email software such as outlook.com.

DELIVERY POLICY:

We deliver files to “My Account” area according to the date specified on the “Order Confirmation.”

You will receive emails on sign up, order placement, revision placement, order confirmation and payment confirmation.

The refund and revision policies apply to the date/time of delivering design order to the client’s account area.
